SPIRITUAL QUESTIONS
We would be happy to talk with you and answer any spiritual questions you may have. Call for a “one on one” appointment with one of our pastors to open God’s Word to find answers to what you are looking for. We will meet with you wherever you feel the most comfortable; at the office, at home or a café or restaurant of your choice.
PARTICIPATING MEMBERSHIP
At Hillcrest members are more than just names in a data base- they are the core of the church committed to discipleship lived out in community. Members here are devoted “to the fellowship”- to a specific body as described in Acts 2:42. Call us if you are considering membership to get started on your next steps.
CONNECT
We encourage our members to connect with others by joining one of our many Life Groups.
There are two Life Group opportunities available.
You may choose to join an "on campus" group, or an "off campus" home group.
Or you can choose both!
Age oriented Bible Studies are always available Sunday mornings at 9:15.
Location information for Community Life groups can be obtained from the church office or in our foyer. Community Life Groups meet all over Jacksonville through out the week.
Wednesday night classes are open to everyone at 6:30 and offer more in depth topical studies.

VOLUNTEER
Another way to get connected is to volunteer in one of the many ministries or community events. There are so many opportunities to serve that it may be confusing to determine which area to choose. Not to worry, you can sign up on a trial basis until you find the right spot. God has gifted each of us with specific gifts and talents that can be used for His glory. The next step is using these gifts and watch how God works through you!
EVENTS
Lastly, we are a body of believers that believe in having fun. A good way to meet and make new friends is by attending the special events, concerts, family outings, and fellowships that are always going on at Hillcrest. Check them out and invite your friends. You’re guaranteed to have a great time and meet new people in a safe community environment. We encourage each member to find his or her place of service and become involved!
