A native of the Phillippines and a member of the Pacific Artist's Guild. He is an accomplished artist in mediums of oils, acrylic and pastels.
The genre of Romeo's works are generally descirbed as photo realistic, breath taking nd life-like.
Romeo is presently teaching art at the Florida College of Jacksonville.
Art Lessons will be provided at HBC on Wednesday's at 6:30 pm in the FLC.
